Introducing the DIFC Higher Board, the DIFC Authority Board of Directors and the Management Team.
DIFC’s most senior bodies consist of the Higher Board and Board of Directors. Each of them has unique responsibilities to ensure the highest standards of oversight and governance in DIFC.
The Higher Board exercises oversight over all aspects of the Centre’s operations to ensure compliance with international best practice and fulfilment of the Dubai Plan 2021.
The DIFC Authority Board of Directors ensures that all of the Centre's activities, ranging from infrastructure development, financial management and client relations, are structured and implemented in such a
way as to serve the strategic vision of Dubai's leadership.
The DIFC Management team's four-tiered strategy aims to contribute to Dubai’s reputation as a global business hub by maintaining international standards; provide a world-class physical, legal and regulatory infrastructure; ensure the financial sustainability of DIFC and the companies established in the Centre; and support client growth through authority business process streamlining, service improvement, and enhanced management structures.
